1. No Cancellations: Once a course/test series is purchased, cancellations are not allowed.
2. No Refunds: Payments made for our services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Non-Transferable: Enrollments cannot be transferred to another student or exchanged for a different course/test series.
4. Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases such as duplicate payment, refunds may be processed after verification, at our sole discretion.
