1. Services

We provide online and/or offline test series, mentorship, and related resources for commerce professional exams (CA, CS, CMA, etc.). The content, schedule, and format of the test series may change from time to time based on academic requirements and our discretion.

2. Registration & Access

• You must provide accurate information while registering.
  • Access to our platform is personal and non-transferable.
  • Any sharing of login credentials or distribution of our content without permission will lead to termination of access without refund.

3. Fees & Payments

• Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where we fail to provide the service as promised.
  • We may revise our fees at any time. Fee changes will not affect services already purchased.

4. Intellectual Property

• All study material, test papers, solutions, and related content are the intellectual property of [Your Business Name].
  • Reproduction, resale, or distribution of our material in any format is strictly prohibited.

5. Student Conduct

You agree not to:
• Engage in cheating, copying, or any unfair practice in tests.
• Post abusive, defamatory, or illegal content on our platform.
• Disrupt our services or misuse them in any unlawful manner.

Violation of this clause may result in suspension/termination of access without refund.

6. Disclaimer

Our test series is designed to assist your preparation, but we do not guarantee results, ranks, or success in any examination. Your performance depends on your efforts, consistency, and external factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:
• Any direct/indirect loss of data, income, or profits.
• Technical issues or downtime caused by internet/connectivity problems.
Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the test series.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy for communication, performance tracking, and internal analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
